Where To Pick Up An Indie Oxford Magazine
The new Indie Oxford Magazine celebrates and supports independent businesses based across Oxfordshire. The magazine is designed to bring you more inspiring indie stories from across Oxfordshire, including The Indie Impact feature which shines a light on the incredible positive impact indies have on our communities. Find out where you can pick up an Indie Oxford Magazine in Oxfordshire this month.

Since 2015 Independent Oxford has been championing indie businesses and encouraging more people to support and shop local. The last year has been incredibly difficult for all businesses, but we have seen a significant increase in shoppers supporting their local shops and we want to make sure this continues.
I’ve teamed up with Sarah Adams from Herberowe Candle Co. and Rianna Low from Jam Puppy Design Studio to bring you this new magazine. Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her career as a journalist, and experience in creating community newspapers, and Rianna has been working with IO for over 4 years, creating our awesome indie graphics, and brings her own style and flair to the publication.
We decided to launch the IO Magazine to increase our support of the indie scene and all the fantastic, innovative and unique businesses we all have on our doorsteps, in our communities and online. You will find profiles on some of our best local indies around, as well as good reasons to shop local, an essential Christmas gift guide and lots more.

We held a launch event for the magazine at The White House on Abingdon Road with indie stalls, and a great turn out of local businesses and indie supporters captured by Jason from Fyrefly Studios.
