The best places to book a Christmas meal in Oxford 2024
I am going to start by saying that I know when the inevitable ‘C’ word is mentioned, it scares a lot of people. However, it’s scarier not to have your work Christmas meal booked.
So, as Mariah Carey is defrosting, here is a list of the best indie restaurants and pubs with festive menus to book a Christmas meal in Oxford in 2024. >>
POMPETTE
Available from Tuesday 26th November to Sunday 22nd December on Tuesdays to Fridays, Pomette’s popular fixed-price menu is back.
Any bookings for the private room before Monday 14th October will receive a glass of fizz per person- a dream!
GEE’S
Celebrate Christmas at the stunning Gee’s Restaurant.
Their specially-put-together menus glow with the likes of serrano ham, figs, and Crème Catalan complementing Norfolk bronze turkey and Christmas pudding.
Available for lunch and dinner from Wednesday 27th November to Tuesday 24th of December for groups of 6+ in the restaurant and private dining area.
CHERWELL BOATHOUSE
Celebrate the festive season at the beautiful Cherwell Boathouse.
Their Christmas set menu has a 2-course option from £32,50 and their 3-course menu is from £40.50.
PARSONAGE GRILL
Located on Banbury Road, the historic & charming Parsonage Grill’s Christmas party menu is available for lunch and dinner.
Running from Wednesday 27th November to Tuesday 24th December, reservations of five or more in the restaurant and private dining area at £90 per person.
ARBEQUINA
Arbequina is open Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 2:45 pm, and 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
It is a lovely, buzzing tapas-inspired restaurant and bar with a vibrant & warming atmosphere- ideal for a work Christmas celebration!
