Mindfulness for Stress online course

Are you feeling stressed, worried or burnt out?
Do you struggle to slow down or switch off?
Join us online over eight weekly sessions to learn evidence-based mindfulness tools for coping better with daily stresses.
By the end of the course participants report experiencing:
