Mindfulness for Stress in-person course

Are you feeling stressed, anxious or exhausted?
Do you struggle to slow down or switch off?
Join us over eight weekly sessions to learn evidence-based mindfulness tools for coping better with daily stresses.
By the end of the course participants report experiencing:
  • Less stress, anxiety & overthinking
  • Better sleep
  • Less physical tension
  • More connection with others
  • Healthier strategies for managing challenges
  • Greater quality of life
Saturdays 6th May – 24th June 2-4.30pm
