‘A festive pause’ half-day retreat & lunch
Are you bracing yourself for a busy festive season of parties, family events & expectations?
Do you struggle to make time for yourself over Christmas?
Do you dread the difficult emotions this time of year stirs up for you?
Take some time to pause and look after yourself before the festive season begins. Whether you love this time of year, or dread the feelings or memories it brings up for you, this retreat will help you feel rested, balanced and able to cope with whatever kind of Christmas you have.
Join us in the peaceful surroundings of St Ethelwold’s House and gardens for a gentle morning of mindfulness and journaling, and nature-based activities. We’ll end by enjoying a delicious plant-based lunch whilst connecting with other link-minded people.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, centred and ready to face whatever the festive season brings.
All activities will be suitable for beginners, and you don’t have to be able to sit cross-legged on the floor (unless you want to!) We welcome people of all ages, genders and walks of life.
