MOVE AND MAKE – WITH NAJIA & LILY
Join Lily and Najia at Every Body Studio to explore the tools we need to create a deeper connection to our bodies through movement and clay work. Start with a gently energising movement session with Najia, then join our in-house clay super fan Lily to create a beautifully mindful hand-crafted pot to take home with you.

CROCHET FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Crochet is bang on trend at the moment and there’s a lot you can make with just a few of the basic stitches.
Join instructor Jen at The Woolhound for a workshop in crochet: you will learn how to start your projects with chains, work double crochets and treble crochets. With these stitches under your belt, you will have all you need to make granny squares and a good foundation for tackling projects such as toys and garments.

MAKE A HARVEST TROPHY
Spend a day with Penny Maltby learning about the traditional and endangered craft of straw work and make a harvest trophy using a 5 straw spiral plait.
The workshop will take place behind the scenes in the Conservation Laboratory, where you can take inspiration from straw work in the museum collections for your own work!

INDIE OXFORD MEET UP WALK
A get together for Indie Oxford members to find support, explore opportunities, and connect with other indie business owners.
For this meet up, we’re heading outside (weather permitting!). We’ll start at Horsebox Coffee outside the Natural History Museum to grab a coffee before taking a stroll around University Parks to walk and talk to other Indie Oxford members.
Lynne Davies-Craine, of Wandering to Wonder coaching will be helping to lead this walking meet up. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your to do list, and find it hard to carve out time for yourself, this meet up for you!

INDIE OXFORD SHOPIFY MEET UP
Web designer Sarah Halliday will share some of her tips for Shopify, before we open to the group to share your experiences and ask questions.
Sarah Halliday is an Indie Oxford member, website designer, photographer and videographer based in Oxfordshire.
Sarah will kick off this session, but this is a peer learning session so please bring any insights, experiences and hacks to share with the group, as well as questions about how to get the most out of Shopify.
This session will be held online on Google Meet.
