Sally Harris, at Mindfulness in Oxford is hosting a Mindfulness for Stress Course from Mondays 9 th May – 30 th June 2022 at 7 – 9 pm. This is a friendly online group mindfulness course to help you reduce tension and manage stressful situations with greater ease. This course is free for Oxfordshire residents thanks to support from The Mix community centre and Abingdon & Witney college. Book the Mindfulness for Stress Course.

EXHIBITIONS

The Sarah Wiseman Gallery in Summertown is hosting a May exhibition – ‘The Dog Show’. It’s launching on the 7th May featuring lots of gorgeous drawings, paintings and prints by the beloved children’s author and illustrator Catherine Rayner.

Ronapainting Gallery in Jericho is hosting an exhibition with original drawings by Chase Marsden until 29th May.
