The Project PT Yoga & Brunch
The next Yoga & Brunch event is on tomorrow, 1st October 9am – 12pm, join The Project PT at the Tap Social Taproom for an energy restoring morning of yoga, great food and community.

Every Body Studio Drawing Workshop

You don’t need to be an artist to enjoy this session: they will be taking drawing back to basics and having fun with experimental techniques.

The Abingdon Distillery open weekend
The distillery bar will be open to the public from 11am-8pm on Friday the 7th and Saturday 8th October, serving a short G&T and cocktail menu.
They will also open the doors to their production area so you can see what goes on behind the scenes!
A Road Trip Through Rioja
The Oxford Wine Company are hosting a regional wine tasting of 6 different wines as well as an exploration of old school winemaking practices and a look at wines at the forefront of modern Rioja.

Multi-activity camps and after-school clubs delivered by House of Fun for 5-15 year olds throughout October Half Term at a variety of locations across Oxford.
Exhibition: FREE, BIG, JOY
Sarah Wiseman Gallery are hosting: Clare Bonnet: ‘FREE, BIG, JOY’, exploring the figure, femininity, and movement, and Carol Peace: ‘Reflected’ new sculptures, from 15th October to the 5th November.

Creativity Found host “You’re Never Too Old”
You’re never too old, with Great Pottery Throw Down finalist Peter White takes place online on Tue, 25 October, 10:30am – 11:30am.
Join Creativity Found to find out how Peter went from engineer to art teacher, heart attack to mature art student, nervous contestant to television star, and hear why he believes you are never too old to try new things.
Find encouragement and support from others who have started, or want to start, new creative activities as grown-ups.

Cosy pub vibes at The White House by Tap Social
Tap Social host weekly pub quizzes every Tuesday, and regular live music, this month featuring Tony Batey’s Blues Session on the 11th and Oxford Improvisers on the 21st, and Oxford On Board, board game meet-up on the 25th.

A date for your diary!
The Indie Oxford Christmas x Tap Social Christmas Market is back this year on Saturday 26th November, 11am – 5pm at the Tap Social Taproom.
There’ll be an awesome selection of local indie stalls, plus street food, seasonal drinks and freshly baked goodies from Proof, the new social bakehouse from Tap Social and Missing Bean. Keep an eye out for more info on the blog and social media.
