Why is it so hard to give ourselves the same compassion we so easily give to our friends?

Most of us would be kind to a loved one who was struggling, yet we can be merciless with ourselves.

If you’re ready to learn how to stop beating yourself up, tame your inner critic, and develop a more supportive, encouraging relationship with yourself then self-compassion could be for you.

In this relaxed, interactive taster session you’ll discover:

  • What self-compassion is, and how it can help you to stop being so hard on yourself
  • The proven benefits of self-compassion, based on the research of Dr Kristin Neff & Dr Chris Germer
  • Informal self-compassion practices you can start using right away

There will also be time to ask questions about Sally’s upcoming Mindful Self-Compassion course starting on Monday 2nd October in Oxford.
