A few words about our last retreat (which was fully booked):
- âgreat teachers, great activities, great venue, great vegan food! Iâd recommend to a friend and would love to join similar retreatsâ
- âwithout a doubt Iâd recommend to a friend, you make a great double actâ
- ‘biggest take away âhaving time to be curious and to beâ
- âI think the balance between wellbeing/journaling and mindfulness practice was perfectâ
