This is a 30 minute FREE entry-level ‘natural movement’ class covering some nourishing Ground Movements & Get Ups.
Working on practical daily movement like getting up and down from the ground with good technique and moving on the ground is essential to moving well as we age. I focus on ground movements as they are the foundation of human movement. Returning to them helps to restore our (often reduced) mobility, stopping that ‘creaky’ feeling and instead becoming more mobile and stronger in our daily movement patterns to feel confident to do more in life.
