
From Stress to Rest: A 4-Week Breathwork Journey
Are you so stressed that you feel constantly on edge?
This course is designed to help you correct your daily breathing and use your breath as a powerful tool to reduce stress, overcome anxiety, improve health, emotional balance, and everyday resilience. Over four weekly in-person sessions—supported by simple, guided exercises at home—you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your energy and mood.
- Four 60 min in-person sessions (small group)
- Materials for home practice: exercises with music tracks, handouts, breath awareness & control diary
- ‘Breathe in beats’ music track with guided breathwork to practice after the course
- Accountability group on WhatsApp
- 30 min online catch up, if you miss a session
In-person sessions take place on 17 and 24 November & 1 and 8 December, 6:30pm – 7:30 pm
