Ok folks, Winter is well and truly on the way, and yes, it may be a little colder, rainier, darker… but don’t be fooled into thinking all the fun has stopped. Oh no, no no!

Join Natalie of The Wellbeing Girl and Lindsey of Start to Thrive as they dig into the meaty topic of Imposter Syndrome – something that at least 70% of us have experienced at some stage!

Learn to work with precious metal clay at The Maker Space
There are always wonderful things happening over at The Maker Space and coming in November is a three-hour workshop where you will learn simple rolling, texturing, cutting and moulding techniques and create either a pair of earrings and pendant or a selection of charms – all in fine silver (99.9% pure silver).

The awesome Laila Pipara Photography is looking for participants to take part in a beautiful, intimate photoshoot, over 2 days in November 12th – 13th. The shoot will be staged all fairy lights, hot chocolate, cozy blankets, sounds good right?

Get dancing with Becky at Every Body Studio
We love this! A fun and energetic 60-minute dance-fitness class designed to lift our mood and build confidence. Nothing to learn, simply follow along as they blast feel-good tunes in the studio. Release those endorphins! Sat 12th Nov – 5:30-6:30pm
This is a 30 minute FREE entry-level ‘natural movement’ class covering some nourishing Ground Movements & Get Ups. Working on practical daily movement like getting up and down from the ground with good technique and moving on the ground is essential to moving well as we age.
