Inspired by their time in New Zealand, owners and chefs, Phoebe and Tom created The Edge Eatery to share their love of cooking and foodie ideas with their community.
They aim to use the freshest, most sustainable locally sourced ingredients and make sure that they, and their suppliers use only recyclable materials and minimal packaging.

Our inspiration for our business is the New Zealand / Australian brunch vibe. Healthy, tasty & sustainable, we experienced this for the first time while travelling together and we both agree Oxfordshire needs more independent breakfast places as it’s the best meal of the day!
Our aim is to provide fast food and amazing coffee, in a fresh environment. We’re both passionate chefs & coffee drinkers, so our favourite hobby is brunching together and creating new dishes, we love finding new unforgettable flavours that make you feel good for the rest of the day. Oxford is home, we’ve lived here our whole lives and we wouldn’t be where we are today without all the amazing locals that support us daily.
In five years time- we would love to have expanded our business into more food trucks, to cater for festivals and events, and several cafes across Oxfordshire, all we want is for more people to experience new and exiting flavours and fall in love with food just like us.
