Red Step Roasters is Oxford’s only small-batch speciality coffee roastery, dedicated to bringing flavour and fairness together in every cup. Hand-roasting premium Arabica beans in Horspath, the family-run roastery works directly with farmers who champion sustainable and community-led practices. With a focus on transparency, Red Step sources coffees that support fair wages and agroecological farming, before roasting them in small batches to highlight bold, complex flavours. Their commitment to sustainability extends from compostable packaging to carbon-neutral deliveries across Oxfordshire.
