Indie Events in Oxford: August 2025
Welcome to the August edition of the Indie Events in Oxfordshire.
If anyone can explain how the year is flying by, that would be great. Might as well make the most of the rest of summer, so let’s see what is going on in August.

Expanding your hot26 practice
Join YogaVenue for a two-day workshop.
Expand on the Hot26 class and take it to new depths with international Hot26 teacher Jasmine Nash. There is a session on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, but you do not need to join both.
Friday 1st August, 18:00-19:30 and Saturday 2nd August, 18:0-20:30

Chatty Walks
Enjoy the sunshine and head for a walk.

Last chance to see Call and Response at The North Walls Art Centre.
The Call and Response Exhibition brings together two Oxford-based arts organisations, ‘Warehouse Art School’ and ‘art-sauce’, to present an exhibition in two parts, exchanging ideas and creative practices.
Running until Saturday 9th August

Head to the Indie Oxford events page to see what else is happening in the indie network.
Planning on attending one of these events? A great way to support local indies is by sharing their posts online and leaving reviews on Google and Facebook. Also, be sure to use #indieoxford on Instagram.
