Grape Minds launch Summertown Wine Bar Crowdfunder

Grape Minds is an award winning independent wine merchant based on South Parade, Summertown, and St Martin’s St, Wallingford. It stocks a fantastic range of wines from all over the world catering from entry level party wines to some of the worlds very finest.

Owners Graeme and Michael met through work in 2016. With a passion for wine and great customer service (as well as an enjoyment of a drink or two!), the pair got on like a house on fire and when the opportunity arose to open their own shop in late 2018, Grape Minds was born.

Ever since, they’ve always felt Summertown deserved a wine bar that put that same focus, drive and passion into serving great wine for you to enjoy when you’re out, just as the team have in Grape Minds when selling bottles of wine to enjoy at home.

So, early next year, Graeme and Michael are going to do just that, and are opening ‘Summertown Wine Bar‘. They have been working behind the scenes putting together the team and some fabulous wines, however they need your help to make sure the space is just as wonderful as the wines they’ll be sharing with you.

They’re asking for Grape Minds fans to help them with a crowdfunder to make sure this is a real community effort. They have some awesome rewards on offer for you to enjoy in the new wine bar. Graeme says;

‘We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the community here over the past 6 years and cannot wait to share a glass together. Let’s raise the bar and give Summertown the wine bar it deserves!’
