Join The Project PT for our sell out Yoga & Brunch in Florence Park. We will transform a part of the park into our own little haven of tranquillity.
Arrive at 10am and be greeted by a smile and a herbal tea, find space for you and your mat and immerse yourself in nature. The Yoga session with Hannah Hatha Yoga will be 90 minutes of Yoga & Meditation, perfect for all abilities. At 12pm a scrumptious brunch will be served, suitable for all dietary requirements.
