We all know James loves a good tune and there is no better way to kick off the xmas festivities then with a specially curated playlist on vintage vinyl and a flowing vinyasa class.
Let the music bring the energy to the movement, flow with the tempo before calming down and relaxing in a guided savasana. All levels welcome.
