After a summer of festivals, Taste Tibet recently returned to their Magdalen Road joint with their signature dumplings and more. Come and enjoy momos out on the outdoor pans, festival style, with freshly poured beers from one of Oxfordshire’s newest breweries.
Taste Tibet is the food of Yeshi Jampa. Born and brought up in rural Tibet, Yeshi learned to cook nomadic food at a young age. When he was nineteen, Yeshi walked across the Himalayas to northern India, where he met the lovely Julie. They share a passion for food and wellbeing, and have made it their mission to put delicious Tibetan food on the map.
Earth Ale is a microbrewery specialising in foraged and natural ingredients, now based at Bothy Vineyard and looking to continue Bothy’s legacy of creating quality drinks. Founder & brewer, Alex Lewis, was a chef in Michelin kitchens around the world before discovering a love of brewing. So naturally, they’re passionate about bringing people together through delicious food and beer.
