A seasonal Pickled Supperclub at Proof! Showcasing an array of our pickles alongside other local producers in a tasty & casual 4 Course Summer Menu!

Everything on the menu is locally sourced, made from scratch and celebrates the British seasons!

Your ticket includes all food for the evening plus a glass of fizz (complete with seasonal pickled fruit!) to get the pickle party started!

Now each course will have some sort of pickle, chutney or jam but don’t let that put you off if you aren’t a super pickley person! Some are popped in marinades or used in a glaze so you may not even notice – my aim is to show you ways // how to use pickles within your cooking! And utilise & enjoy them to the absolute max.
