Eden is an artist and mindful art facilitator based in South Oxfordshire.
As an artist, Eden works a lot in textiles, using bold colours and textures to explore her late-diagnosed neurodivergence. Eden likes to make herself laugh and play within her art-making.
As a facilitator, Eden works specialises in delivering relaxing, creative sessions that blend mindfulness with art and crafting. She works with workplaces to deliver mindful sessions that help boost wellbeing, relieve stress, and build stronger connections between team members.
Eden’s art sessions are all about accessibility, and are open to everyone (regardless of when the last time they made art was!). Her sessions are all about unwinding and exploring the process of creating, rather than putting any pressure on the art that’s created.
I love expressing myself through creativity and holding an informal, safe and supportive space for others to do the same. It can be liberating to be reminded that we can take time for ourselves to slow down; it’s just as important as being ‘productive’! I find exploring these ideas through creativity is an amazing way to feel liberated in other parts of our lives, too. 🙂
