Colombia Coffee Roasters is a family-run speciality, single-origin coffee roasters born and based in Oxford that celebrates the high quality and diversity of Colombian coffee. Owner Milly is part of a generation of coffee growers in Colombia with a strong focus on delivering high-quality coffee and education, whilst supporting Fair Trade conditions to ensure their coffee is sustainable and ethical.

Its focus is on sourcing, roasting, and brewing 100% arabica coffee, showcasing the incredible range of tasting notes the country has to offer.

By maintaining direct relationships with producers, the team ensure that customers can buy outstanding quality coffee. They exchange constant feedback with their experienced farmers, exploring innovative farming practices and exciting processing techniques. This excellent coffee is roasted in-house so you can enjoy the best coffee in Oxford from the comfort of your home or at Colombia Coffee Roasters cafés in The Covered Market and Summertown. Its highly-skilled baristas put countless hours into getting the best out of every coffee.
