
Yoga and Brunch at Florence Park
Join us as we return to our popular Yoga and Brunch events in Florence Park!
Let’s spend a morning of intimate yoga outside in the wonderful fresh air.
Doors will open at 9.00am where you will be greeted and offered a warming herbal tea. Start to set up your space for yoga practice and immerse yourself in nature.
The class will commence at 9.30am and will offer an inclusive 90 minute yoga session with the fantastic Hannah. Inviting you to listen to your bodies needs.
We follow the yoga class with a sit down brunch, where you can meet like minded people and ask any questions of our on hand instructors. The brunch will be your choice of overnight oats or yoghurt with fresh fruit and nuts. The overnight oats is a vegan option and all fruit is sourced locally with minimal packaging.
