Yoga and Brunch
Start the morning with a herbal tea, sat on your yoga mat taking some time out from life. Meditate, practice yoga, socialise over brunch.
Doors will open at 9am where you will be greeted by Ajaye & Alexa from the Project PT, you will be offered a warming herbal tea and can start to set up your space for your yoga practice.
The class will commence at 9.30am and will combine both yoga and meditation practice for 90 minutes with Hannah Hatha Yoga.
The space will be transformed into a peaceful tranquil area with artificial grass between your toes, fairy lights and lavender smells.
We follow the yoga class with a sit down brunch, where you can meet like minded people and ask any questions of our on hand instructors. The brunch will be your choice of overnight oats or yoghurt with fresh fruit & nuts. This will be accompanied with freshly baked bread that morning from Hamblin Bakery and a speciality filter coffee or tea. The overnight oats is a vegan option and all fruit is sourced locally with minimal packaging.
The Project PT is a fitness & wellbeing events company, alongside running paid events and coaching we also offer free classes to schools in Oxford. Part of your ticket price will go to the running of these classes, thank you for helping us bring sport and wellness to the next generation.
