Two islands separated by just 33km of water but with vastly different rum-making cultures go head-to-head in this clash of the Caribbean titans.  The powerhouse that is St. Lucia Distillers, with its molasses-based rums produced via a range of pot and column stills, takes on the might of Habitation Clément and, new comer to the OWC shelves, Rhum J.M., out to demonstrate the magic of Agricole from Martinique.

Presiding over this grudge match, two self-confessed rum aficionados, neither of whom are strangers to the business end of a rum bottle.  Dave Marsland; St. Lucia Rum brand ambassador and owner of the Manchester Rum Festival takes on Oxford’s very own Tom Brady; spirits specialist and head of the recent inaugural Oxford Rum Show.  In this showdown of the century there can be only one winner, and it’s you, the audience, who decides.
