Reflect & Gather Retreat Day
Join Venetia, Becky & Kat for a day dedicated to creating space for you to reflect and renew. Perfect as we head into winter, and crave space to deeply restore and nuture ourselves in the cool and dark months.
Our airy and spacious YQ2 studio will be ready to welcome you for a day of refuge, practice & reflection, with tea, lunch & snacks provided throughout the day.
10:30am – Welcome & Intention Setting (Kat)
11:00-12.30pm – Yoga practice (Venetia)
12:30-13:30 – Lunch (provided in ticket)
13:30-15:00 – Yin & Meditation workshop (Becky)
15:00-15:15 – Break
15:15-17:00 – Journalling & self-care workshop (Kat)
Venetia says: “Your morning practise will be 90 minutes to explore: mindful movement to awaken, long holds to create space and restorative yoga to ground. We will aim to strike the balance between movement and stillness. Expect to feel reset and ready to reflect.”
Becky says: “There’ll be a soothing mix of yin-yoga, breathwork, sound and meditation designed to clear away the cobwebs and leave you feeling wonderfully nourished.”
Kat says: “In our self-care journalling workshop, we’ll discuss what self-care means to us and how journaling can form an integral part of our practice. We’ll look at different journaling techniques and have the chance to try them out in the session, discussing their impact and asking any questions as we go.”
