Natural movement coaching with Reclaim Movement covers skills such as getting up and down from the ground, moving around on and near the ground, balancing, traversing, picking up, lifting and carrying, walking well and more.
Wendy offers workshops, courses and leads movement breaks at speaking events. She has a subscription membership online with live classes and an extensive video library. Wendy also coaches individuals and small groups, in person and online. Sessions are aimed at helping clients find and fill gaps in their current movement patterns and inspire them to find joy in movement for life.
