RESET YOUR BUSINESS PURPOSE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Join us on Thursday 2nd July, at 10am as we learn how to ‘Reset Your Business Purpose and Customer Experience’. Now that many of our shops, and suppliers, are open again, the challenge for all is how can we make money whilst keeping ourselves and our customers safe? Customer Experience expert Stephen Spencer and Business Coach Penny Tunnell will share ideas and strategies to make your business a place to visit again and again.

You will learn why and how to refresh your business purpose, and refocus on your customers’ post-pandemic needs, so that you can make your retail space as exciting as possible whilst maintaining confidence in you as a brand. Whether you’re a Independent Oxford Member or a independent business interested in our community of supportive like-minded business owners, our meet ups provide a welcoming space to get support, chat and build your community.

Our meet ups have a different focus each week and we often invite in speakers to present on a certain topic from copy writing to Oxford City Council Coronavirus support, business journey stories to well-being tips.

We will send you the room code for zoom before the meeting.

Independent Oxford Members can attend for free.
