Independent Oxford Weekly Meet Up with Penny Tunnell and Stephen Spencer

Join us on Thursday 2nd July, at 10am as we learn how to ‘Reset Your Business Purpose and Customer Experience’. Now that many of our shops, and suppliers, are open again, the challenge for all is how can we make money whilst keeping ourselves and our customers safe? Customer Experience expert Stephen Spencer and Business Coach Penny Tunnell will share ideas and strategies to make your business a place to visit again and again.

You will learn why and how to refresh your business purpose, and refocus on your customers’ post-pandemic needs, so that you can make your retail space as exciting as possible whilst maintaining confidence in you as a brand. This webinar is designed to future-proof your business during the Covid-19 crisis and will be full of inspiration and practical takeaways.

Penny Tunnell’s expertise is a blend of strategic thinking and practical action. With a dual focus on the customer experience and excellent financial performance she supports ambitious SMEs to build successful multi-channel companies. She helps ensure that your business vision is equally compelling for trade customers, the consumer and your employees alike. She has worked in retail and the supply chain for more than 25 years and is also a qualified executive coach.

Stephen Spencer has worked for or with many of the UK’s most prestigious retail, tourism, and hospitality brands, including the Royal Collection, Historic Royal Palaces, the National Trust for Scotland, Hamleys, The O2 and the Science Museum Group.

Stephen helps retail, tourism, and hospitality organisations to increase sales, productivity, and profitability through creating POSITIVE Customer Experiences.

During lock down we’re increasing our monthly meet ups to weekly Zoom meetings for the independent businesses of Oxfordshire.

Whether you’re a Independent Oxford Member or a independent business interested in our community of supportive like-minded business owners, our meet ups provide a welcoming space to get support, chat and build your community.

Our meet ups have a different focus each week and we often invite in speakers to present on a certain topic from copy writing to Oxford City Council Coronavirus support, business journey stories to well-being tips.

We will send you the room code for zoom before the meeting.

Independent Oxford Members can attend for free.

Want to be part of our community and get free tickets too?
