The session will give participants an actionable plan to creating engaged communities around their small businesses. This session is ideal for those starting a new project, social enterprise or independent brand, or for anyone who is looking to refocus on community.

We want participants to come away with an action plan to grow their community so we will include activities such as creating the language of their project, brainstorming events and ideas to nurture a community, and creating a mood board to visualise their project and how they can best serve their community.
