About the E84 and 84 Asana Classes
The e84 Intermediate class is a 90-minute hot class that uses the foundation of the Hot26 to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique at a relaxed pace.
The 84 “advanced” class is a fixed sequence that gives students the opportunity to learn skills like lotus, handstands, leg-over-the-head movements, and deeper backbends. No prior experience of this class is needed, simply enthusiasm to learn. It’s recommended that participants have a regular hot-room practice and good practice habits. Come and play- there are steps for everyone!
