
CRANSTON PICKLES STREET FOOD SUPPERCLUB

A Pickled Street food Supperclub at Tap Social Taproom in Botley! A 3 course casual menu – serving up our street food we have cooked up here in the past but in a supperclub setting! Start your week right and come on down if you have been missing our street food! Or if you haven’t had it before – you are in for a treat!
Everything on the menu is locally sourced, made from scratch and has a Japanese influence (some of which is inspired by my food research trips to Japan over the years!)
It will be more casual than our seasonal supperclubs and everything will be served up on takeaway plates! But the tables will be all laid out as we usually do with our supperclubs – and with real cutlery. Just to paint the picture!
Your ticket includes all food for the evening – and Tap’s bar will be open to keep you watered!
Now each course will have some sort of pickle, chutney or jam but don’t let that put you off if you aren’t a super pickley person! Some are popped in marinades or used in a glaze so you may not even notice – my aim is to show you ways // how to use pickles within your cooking! And utilise & enjoy them to the absolute max.

There is plenty of parking at venue. There are new regulations on parking for over two hours – but you can register your number plate with the bar staff when you arrive!
The menu is all vegetarian for this event!
We cannot cater for any other specific dietary requirements on this occasion unfortunately – pickliest apologies!
