Cooking is my passion and I feel that in the UK Indian cuisine representation is not a true reflection of the actual food we get in India and that was one of the reasons I started this business. Bringing out some regional specialties which I learnt while staying in various parts of India, and also some of my family recipes in my menu, helps me keep connected while serving authentic Indian food to the people in Oxfordshire. Being part of the Oxfordshire community means I have a fantastic choice of local produce to use in my dishes and I get to support some of the wonderful local businesses in Oxfordshire.
