Liz Moore is a doctor turned health coach, Pilates instructor, and face yoga teacher who helps women prioritise their well-being in a realistic and sustainable way. Drawing on her medical background and personal experience of burnout, she supports clients to boost their energy, balance their hormones, reduce stress, and build healthy habits that fit into everyday life. Through 1:1 health coaching, Pilates (including private sessions), and wellness workshops, Liz takes a holistic approach that blends movement, breathwork, mindset, sleep, and simple nutrition. Liz empowers women who are juggling busy lives to feel healthier, calmer, and more in control, without overwhelm or perfectionism.

I love what I do because I get to help women finally put themselves back on their own priority list. After experiencing burnout myself, I know how life-changing it feels to have more energy, calm, and confidence in your body. Supporting someone to make simple, sustainable shifts and watching them realise they can feel better is the most rewarding part of my work. I don’t believe in perfection or overwhelm, I believe in real life, real bodies, and small steps that make a big difference.
