New Café in Museum of Natural History
Towards the end of last year, Taylors Oxford opened its new café inside the Oxford University Museum of Natural History! It’s open daily from 10 am to 4:30 pm.

The Museum is one of Oxford’s top destinations for visitors, local families, and students, and being invited to become part of that experience is incredibly special for the whole team. They have been serving this city since 1991, and bringing Taylors’ food, coffee, and friendly service into such an iconic building is a real milestone.
Visitors can expect everything customers already love about Taylors – fresh, daily prepared food (check out their catering menu), great coffee and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere – along with a few new additions created just for the Museum. Think toasted flatbreads, quiches, soups, salads, cream teas and kids’ lunchboxes (with some dinosaur-themed fun!), plus plenty of options for families, groups and anyone exploring the Museum for the day.
Sustainability has been front and centre for both Taylors’ and the Museum. They’re excited to raise their game on responsible sourcing by working with the Museum team (supported by domain expertise from food scientists within the University) on eco-labelling, helping them build a clearer understanding of the true environmental impact of the food and drink served. All deliveries from Taylors’ kitchens to the Museum will be made using their pedal-powered trikes, and they’re continuing their commitment to low-impact packaging, doing away with single-use plastic wherever possible.

Taylors have worked closely with the fantastic Museum team to bring this to life, and are very excited to embark on this project with them, knowing that they share an appreciation for localism and social responsibility.
Whether you’re a resident, a student, a regular Taylors customer, or visiting Oxford for the first time, make sure to check out their new cafe and try some of their delicious, freshly made food.
