
Learn to Lift and Brunch
Learn how to Bench, Squat and Deadlift in an inclusive and friendly environment in Oxford.
The workshop will start with a welcome herbal tea and opportunity to meet the coaches on the workshop.
During the workshop we will touch on the biomechanics of the 3 lifts, teach you how to warm up and activate your muscles and then take you through the 3 lifts.
By the end of the workshop you will have a clear understanding of how to prepare your gym sessions, how to complete the 3 big lifts and where to take your training.
We will stop halfway through the training to refuel, drink some tea and coffee and replenish our body. This will be a light snack to keep you fuelled. At the end of the workshop we will all sit down for a lovely brunch of overnight oats, bread and more.
The workshop is perfect for complete beginners, through to those wanting to improve on their technique and learn more.
The Project PT creates events and space where people can Learn.Lift.Laugh. This workshop takes place out of our Magdalen Road Gym in Oxford.
We cater for all dietary requirements and abilities, you will complete a form giving us more information about yourself when you purchase your ticket.
