Sculpt & Tone 40hr Teacher Training with Caroline Gozzi & Aliysa Codrington

Sculpt & Tone classes are among the most popular offerings at boutique fitness studios nationwide, blending the best of Yoga, Pilates, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and strength and resistance training for a dynamic, full-body workout.

During this intensive 4-day training will equip you with the skills to design and teach seamless Sculpt & Tone classes—both with and without weights—in a heated studio environment. You’ll master the art of integrating Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and resistance training into a single, effective class format.

This intensive course is taught over 4 days. During the course, students will learn how to combine Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength and resistance training to create a seamless class (with and without weights) and how to do this while teaching in a heated environment.

As well as learning to create your own classes, at the completion of the training course, you will be given a Sculpt & Flow class sequence to enable you to get teaching right away.
