The Oxford Wellbeing Project Virtual Summit
The Oxford Wellbeing Project are hosting a free-to-attend Virtual Wellbeing Summit to kick off the project in 2020. Read more about the project’s back story and its aims here.
The aim is to facilitate better access to wellbeing for the local Oxford community, both during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected many us emotionally and mentally as well as physically, but also to look beyond the lockdown. The plan is to initially create an online home for the project, with a view to using already available physical space in the city when it is safe to come back together.
Over the two days there are 15 inspiring wellbeing sessions to take part in and explore including topics such as negative bias, yoga, henna, wellbeing coaching and much more.
