Press and Marketing
Here at Independent Oxford we’re passionate about people shopping and experiencing local. If you have a product or service you feel we should be shouting about let us know and we can discuss how best to do this. A couple of rules we follow;
- We only review or promote things we feel add to Independent Oxford and reflect our values. If we feel your product doesn’t do this then we’ll kindly let you know.
- If you want us to try something out, eat at a restaurant or visit somewhere, we will accept free dinners, tickets, etc and we’ll discuss how this may impact on any fees. As much as we’d like to we sadly cannot do all these things for free.
- We won’t give a bad review – if we have a bad experience, we won’t post about it, even if it’s offered complimentary, but we’ll give you feedback. We don’t feel it’s right to negatively shout about somewhere, it’s better for you to have the feedback so you can work on it.
