A casual but informative pickling class! Learn all about pickling with vinegar with Fiona from Cranston Pickles.

Produce used in the class will be seasonal and from Bonners in the covered market – using local suppliers as always (in usual Cranston Pickles style). Fiona will be on hand to talk all things pickles! The pickling we will be focusing on in this class are vinegar based pickles! The pickle variety which she grew up eating and mastered first. You will leave with a good pickliscious understanding and have the knowledge + confidence by the end of the class to go forth and pickle your hearts out!
