Therapy with Amy helps sensitive humans overcome stress, anxiety & panic and find their inner calm.

Having trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Amy has the skills and knowledge to help you achieve your goals for emotional wellbeing. She offers an integrative therapeutic approach, mainly drawing on CBT, evidence-based hypnotherapy and mindfulness. Sessions are online, so you can access support wherever you are in the UK, from the comfort of your own home. Amy provides a nurturing space for you to explore your feelings and learn tools to cope more effectively. Her aim is for you to develop the skills to be able to help yourself, without being reliant on long-term therapy. You will leave therapy with a toolbox of resources, enabling you to feel more calm, content and confident in life.
