ABOUT
Strength & Stem is charity and social enterprise that uses floristry to help female modern slavery survivors experience restoration and empowerment. The charity takes survivors through a year-long programme incorporating employability and skills training, floristry training, work experience and mentoring. The integrated business is a florist that offers a wide range of floral workshops to corporates and groups looking to engage in something unique, therapeutic and impactful.
We’re all about using creative tools to enhance wellbeing, gain practical skills and generate meaningful work. We love being surrounded by so many other creative businesses in Oxfordshire, many of whom share our passion for social impact.
