Sally offers mindfulness training to help people meet life’s joys and challenges with greater presence, compassion and resilience. Since completing her teacher training in 2017 she has taught hundreds of people to cope better with stress, anxiety and physical pain through her introductory workshops, eight-week courses and one-to-one sessions. She works with individuals, community groups and workplaces, both online and in person around Oxfordshire.

I’m committed to making mindfulness more accessible for anyone who needs it. I work in partnership with The Mix to deliver free community Mindfulness courses funded by Abingdon and Witney College, open to anyone who lives in Oxfordshire. I also volunteer regularly as a tutor at Oxfordshire Recovery College, where I co-produced a free Introduction to Mindfulness workshop, designed for people accessing local mental health services, mental health professionals and carers.
