NewGround Coffee is a social enterprise coffee roastery based in Oxford. Roasting ethically sourced high-grade coffee, carefully selected from small-scale farms around the world. NewGround exists to offer employment and training opportunities to ex-offenders.
I love being able to taste delicious coffees from around the world while helping to build a community for our loyal customers. It’s amazing to have the chance to provide opportunities for those facing barriers to employment. Oxford is a thriving city with a decent coffee scene. There are people from many different walks and stages of life making it the perfect place to run a small business.
