Julie Cooper Nutrition offers bespoke nutritional therapy and personalised health coaching for those wishing to improve their optimal health. Julie has a particular interest in supporting women through the menopause, using diet and lifestyle changes to improve symptoms. Consultations address symptoms such as bloating, reflux, hormonal imbalances, poor digestion, fatigue, low energy and many more.
Julie uses an evidence-based nutritional science and lifestyle approach to help you get to the root cause of your problems and restore balance to your body. Consultations take place online, or in-person in east Oxford, and every programme is tailored to the individual needs of the client. There are no gimics, no faddy restrictive diets – just sensible, sympathetic guidance and wholefoods, full of colour and flavour, designed to fit in with daily life. Julie also provides corporate nutritional talks and workshops designed to help women in the workplace, as well as online guided programmes, to reboot and recharge the gut.
