Lucinda Morriss is a Bodywork Therapist who specialises in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. Lucinda has been a practicing therapist since 2004 – her interest is rooted in how life experience expresses through the body, both physically and emotionally. She uses Craniosacral Therapy to support working with the nervous system and viscera and Myofascial Release to contact the muscles, bones and tissues of the body. Her focus is to create comfort and ease through exploration and release of holding patterns throughout the body.
Lucinda developed a range of Organic Skincare – NOMO Skincare – to use in her treatments and for her own skin. NOMO Skincare is Organic and made from nature to support glowing healthy skin. Made in small batches in the Cotswolds.
Lucinda is based on the Banbury Road in Oxford.
I been working as a Bodyworker since 2004 – My fascination with how we experience life through the body started in my early 20s and led me to found Eau de Vie Natural Health on the Cowley in 1997. Since then I have loved be a part of the community here in Oxford. My love of working with the body is stronger now than ever, it is wonderful and inspiring work – every day. Nature is a huge inspiration and support for me and is the foundation of NOMO Skincare – I love using the products that I have created in my treatments, knowing that it is all natural potent organic goodness. We have such accessibility to the countryside in Oxford. The combination of city life, community and nature makes me love Oxford. Along with the incredible community of creative and inspiring folk – how lucky are we to live here.
