An evening with Bobby Palmer
Mostly Books are hosting an evening with Bobby Palmer as he discusses his bestselling debut novel, Isaac and the egg.

The Fundamental Importance of Nature exhibition
Sarah Wiseman Gallery is thrilled to welcome Emily Powell for her solo exhibition, where she will present a new collection of works inspired by nature and her recent animal narrative work.
Emily Powell is one of the UK’s most exciting young artistic talents. Her body of work illustrates nostalgia and freewill.

Divine Schism: Sly & the Family Drone
A special and extremely noisy show at Common Ground – Sly play in the round, in the centre of the room, and audience participation is a key part, so come get involved!
Supporting will be the excellent DEADPOP and opening, the local experimental noise crew Unman! Can’t wait!

Flo/GloFest is back for 2023
Head to Florence Park in east Oxford for Flo Fest during the day from 11 am for the free community festival, and stay for an evening of live music, dj sets and GloFest’s now legendary epic laser filled closing DJ set from James Ussher.
Once again there will be some of the top acts that the legendary Oxford local music scene has to offer.

Join Nettles and Bees for a beginner friendly foraging walk in Oxford. Reconnecting with nature is the ethos.
Join Nature in bloom and learn to identify some plants and fruits found in Spring.

‘In Bloom’: An Augmented Reality Exhibition
‘In Bloom’ is a story of redemption, overcoming the darkest days in one’s life to find light again.
In collaboration with Oxford University, virtual + augmented reality artist Estella Tse shares her story of overcoming Complex PTSD and debilitating Depression through her immersive art. You’ll find moments, snapshots, and explorations from four of Estella’s phases: The Darkest Days, Recovering and Doing the Work, Rebuild, and Thrive.
5 – 18th June – free event but ticketed.
Clothing Swap at the Old Fire Station Cafe
Swap or shop used clothes, see the WISH textile exhibit to learn about the impact of textiles on the environment, and grab a snack from the Old Fire Station Cafe.
The Waste Innovation Station (WISH) guides Oxfordshire toward waste reduction, reuse innovations and sustainable consumption.
