Sirsasana: How to Headstand
Hands up if you’ve struggled to get to grips with Sirsasana, the king of the asana? It’s a difficult posture to master, but a beneficial one that (eventually) calms the mind and strengthens the whole body. Join Ayesha Ali in breaking down the foundations for a strong and sustainable headstand. Please bring a pen and paper if you want to write down some of the drills. If you have bricks and blocks please have them ready; if not, don’t worry – we will work with what you have!
