Free Kids Adventure Fitness Classes with The Project PT!
These classes will be held over zoom and we hope will allow us to work more closely with the children. We hope to introduce everyone and build up a real class spirit. Allowing children an opportunity to socialise with others and build on the knowledge they have already gained about their bodies, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. New class participants are welcome.
The classes will be 30 minutes, with a similar warm up, session and cool down to previously. Through out the class we take opportunities to teach the children about their bodies and healthy lifestyles. Each class is themed and the them is announced on social media a few days before.
