Join Harriet for a blissful Ying-Yang-Yin workshop, designed to help nourish and relax the body and mind.
Start with a gentle yin practice to help ground and bring us into the space and present. Then move through a warming vinyasa flow to build internal warmth and energy. Finally we come back into yin to finish the practice, with pranayama and a restorative meditation.
